Since then, 14 states have banned most abortions, leaving millions of women and girls with nowhere to turn for the care they need.   And yet, there are reasons to hope.  After Roe v. Wade was overturned, voters in Michigan, California, and Vermont helped enshrine abortion rights in their state constitutions. And governors in states like Nevada, Hawaii, and Pennsylvania have signed executive orders to protect abortion access.

Because Kevin McCarthy couldn't possibly ask mega billionaires to pay more. The middle class should no longer carry the majority of the tax burden and the tax breaks for the rich. Let them pay their fair share for a change.

The media should have learned its lesson after its failed coverage of the 2016 election when empty podiums and planes idling on the tarmac were deemed newsworthy. Yet, here we are again and the media is making the same mistakes all over. Donald Trump will be arraigned tomorrow in a New York City courtroom to face 34 charges—that’s what matters. How he gets to the courtroom isn’t news. The media’s insistence on covering every aspect of this man’s life to the exclusion of all else is one of the reasons this country is in such dire straits. America, please wake up and realize your country is in a time of crisis. The entire world sees it but you cannot seem to see it for yourselves. The former President of your country is being arrested tomorrow by a District Attorney who is funded by a foreign billionaire for a crime that isn’t even valid. You have school shootings constantly because the doctors in your country pump the population full of psychotropic drugs from the day they’re born practically. The election system in your nation is completely overtaken by bad actors and you have almost no way to know the legitimacy of your results. Your border is completely open and overrun by rapists, cartels and murderers who do not have any regard for the rules of your country and just want to pillage it. Your schools have become breeding grounds for the transgender agenda and if you speak out against the mutilation of young children you are shut down from polite society. Your currency is being replaced all over the world with the Chinese Communists filling the void in nation after nation while your current President does nothing about it. I’m not from America but as a Spaniard I have always had the utmost respect for your nation. You have always been the global leader in popular culture, innovations, economic standings and upward mobility for the people who come there. Now, that dream is fast fading. Worse, the American people have become so complacent with the way things are because they have been in a prosperity mode for so long. They have never known what it is like to live in a nation with limited opportunities and a dying economy. Even the worst family that started in poverty could advance in America. That isn’t possible in other countries. Knowing that you live in the greatest country on earth has always had a soothing effect, but that is so quickly changing. If the United States falls, the void will be filled by China. In other words, the West relies on America to continue being the dominant cultural and geopolitical leaders of the free world. For better or worse, the Western system has been classically a democracy - if America falls and China rises globally, the system of democracy will fade into a system of Communism and it will happen rapidly. So, as someone who isn’t an American, I beg you Americans to fight for your nation and stop being complacent. You are a few years away from the point of no return. Take back your country.
