@cdr_fyi One single deal dominates this dataset - @microsoft pre-purchasing 2.7 MTCO2 of removal from @Orsted. BECCS = growing trees, cutting them down, burning them for power, and then using point-source carbon capture and storage to seize the emissions before they're vented into the sky

There's *a lot* running on carbon removal success - a massive amount of removal has been 'pre-purchased' by a range of customers, and a relatively small amount has been actually captured. I try to show up every day because I genuinely want to help people discover the power of investing. But today, I have no energy and nothing to give. My wife Sarah discovered a small painful lump in her breast and as much as I want to stay positive, it's just so damn hard right now. Her mom overcame breast cancer in 2019. My dad passed from cancer last year. We have an appointment tomorrow to get it checked out and we're praying for the best but damn, this is tough. She's handling it better than I am right now and I get that this is a selfish thought but man, I'd be devastated if something happened to her. The thought of having to tell our kids that mommy is sick and them having to watch her go through treatment just crushes me. I shared her name above because I believe in the power of prayer. So selfishly, if you could pray for her, I would be grateful.
