@Kevin_Cage_ Considering that most people do not know where to buy XRP while the SEC case has it limited, I do think personally it is a fair question. Now, if you are asking that with Dogecoin, I agree they need to get their shine box and stay out of crypto!

Well, OF COURSE Chairman Gensler said that there is regulatory clarity in the crypto world. He doesn't want his speech to be Exhibit "A" to Ripple's motion on its Fair Notice Defense. What else could he say?

Let's think about a best-case scenario here for the SEC: It has internal trading policies but the policies NEVER state that it regards XRP as a security. Once that determination was made internally by the SEC, wouldn't it have made sense to inform employees? Makes sense to me!

I’ve been self-employed for over 15 years and I’ve never seen a labor market this terrible.
It is very difficult to find good people willing to work for a living.

How's gold a store of value? It was less than $300 in the year 2000 & today it's over $1,900. That's WAY too volatile to be a store of value. Isn't that what no-coiners argue against cryptocurrencies? What a silly argument. Asset prices relative to other assets will always change
