They couldn’t formalize that charge because the evidence wasn’t there, and it’s not hard to prove felony stalking in 2026 when everyone has iPhones. You should’ve stayed in school a lot longer.

Another thing: if you weren’t illiterate & had the mental capacity to think for yourself, you would’ve noticed the felony stalking charge was DROPPED to a misdemeanor. That means they couldn’t prove actual stalking occurred. It wasn’t one-sided.

Sources tell me that prosecutors decided there wasn’t enough evidence on body-cam to charge him with that felony which could have put him in prison for 5 years. Four other charges were filed: Resisting an officer with violence, fleeing, stalking, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon for allegedly crashing his car into his ex girlfriend’s.
