@nocontextmemes This meme is a bit dishonest. The DS3 clip shows a game bug where the physics miscalculate by factoring in a previous jump. The two jumps end up stacking, pushing the total beyond the tolerance zone and turning it into a lethal fall.

@cinemafrances I think that’s the criterion release from 2010, not the new one. Pretty sure the new 4K criterion uses the same remaster as the curzon release.

@3471Mgm @CoreyAtad Criterion have a habit of adding a blue/green tint to remasters, like with the Wong Kar Wai collection. It’s not surprising to see it looked warmer originally.

@CoreyAtad Well just a heads up , actual scan of the 35mm Print , not this rubbish this one concocted to justify the aggregious mess of new transfer. Love Criterion , own over 200 Of their editions , but this is a failure. Top Is Criterion 4k , Bottom is 35mm negative scan.
