@YusufDFI 1. Read the document again you will not find the word persecuted. 2.ahmadiya are considered non muslims in pakistan,i thought you cared about people being persecuted,the law makes no sense but of course one is free to defend whatever they will.

1- The religions mentioned in the CAA are minorities in our neighbouring countries 2- Ahmedias, Hazaras, Shias in general are sectarian minorities, not religious minorities. Yes they have trouble in Pakistan, but that’s another issue. India is not responsible for Pak Muslims. However, even they can apply for citizenship by normal process. CAA doesn’t impose a ban on Muslims from neighbouring countries to get citizenship of India.
