@DHLexpress I am sorry Thomas, I called multiple times to support and do my best concerns, but it looks like KYC people don't have common sense. I provided my national id which is unique and with the help of that you can easily find my home address. Still they are looking for address proof

@DHLexpress worst kyc management in India, they do not have common senses as well. I have uploaded kyc documents 4 item like aadhaar, voteid, pancard, driving lic etc.. Still I don't know what kind of address proof they are looking.
