@JioCare #JioFiber Don't you have escalation matrix. Is it a sin to pay 6m plan so you won't upgrade plan of existing and loot Rs.500/- every month?

@JioCare : I have 6m plan with 1500/- per month. Why till 6months i.e.till Jan 2021 I have to miss facilities provided in current 1500 i.e diamond plan. Is it that you don't care existing customers. Is this loyality?
