🚨 Redemption Story Gone Horribly Wrong🚨 😱 One of our Ex Channel members @RahulKohli18491 was denied boarding by Air India from India to Vietnam (Family of 4) worth 158000 Air India Maharaja Points 🚨Hey @airindia please do help out the passenger as it will ease out the passengers plight. 🧐Reason - Visa was applicable from next day and the landing was scheduled at 1955 hrs. 🚨All connected flight tickets and Hotel bookings were shown but the interesting thing is the points were forfeited stating "NO SHOW" 👉Even the return tickets were cancelled which was 6 days away. 👉As per policy he could have been returned the points for atleast the return flights which was denied as well. @Kenu73 can shed some light on this issue related to the visa. 👉 However the most pathetic part is that Air India's staff laughing at the families ordeals and mocking them. Questions here: 1)Was the Plane overbooked by air india? 2) Since the VISA was from next day it was the passengers fault but could he have waited before immigration at vietnam to cross 12AM. 3) Why all the points forfeited? As return flight was more than 6 days away?
