They don’t compete with each other. Very clear specialisations.
Bengaluru -> more knowledge intensive services.
Hosur -> mid-high tech manufacturing.
If only we had functional metropolitan governance.

As a Brahmana but not fully one where I cannot send my kids to gurukula, I want my kids to learn sanskrit as 1st language and kannada as 3rd language. Hope is when the kids grow up and settle down in their career, they can revisit their sanskrit roots and study our shastra for personal sadhana.
Removing 3rd language from grading is irrelevant. Making kannada mandatory as 1st or 2nd language is the problem.

Simple steps to get there.
1. Register Brahmanism as separate religion.
2. You will get minority religion status.
3. Start your religious schools.
4. Follow Sanskrit medium education for your kids.
Basically follow what muslims do. Just replace Urdu/Arabic with Sanskrit.
