The experience of building Monaco’s AI from nothing to Series B has forced me to unlearn and relearn every month.

What a time we are living in.
Google@Google

We’re bringing generative UI to everyone, free of charge, thanks to Google @Antigravity and the agentic coding capabilities of Gemini 3.5 Flash. Search can build custom visual tools and simulations, tailored to your specific question, on the fly. Under the hood, Search understands your query, designs the layout, decides what custom components to build, fans out to research and deploys the code to generate interactive visuals for you. Whatever you want to understand, you get responses as unique as your questions. #GoogleIO

I just reduced our companies AI cost by 80% annually. - Please use deterministic code where possible. - Use right model for right use case- extraction, summarization, generation, tool execution, clasifier, judge, research, etc. - Strip and clean the input data. - Use compaction where possible. - Optimize frequency of calling the prompt - Batch your calls where possible

So @YouTube removed our product launch video of @Zedaio a startup I founded and own every asset of. The logo was designed by us, the copy, the product, everything by the team. The video was made by a vendor and we own all the rights to it. And they did it just because some random ass email said it is copied. We are not even operating any more and I don't have bandwidth to fight it. But I am curious, a video that is owned by us, have everything about our product, hosted on our channel, had may be a couple of thousand views, what would this Vikas Tiwari guy get by putting copy right strike. And @YouTube who the fuck is your human reviewer who didn't use an ounce of brain or research to validate who is founder, owner, or even see the video.

Cathie Wood sold $RKLB overnight. Here’s why I’m reading this move completely differently from the market. ARK rotated out of Rocket Lab and into Kratos, Tempus AI, and biotech names. The stated reason was SpaceX IPO anticipation, Wood said demand is “voracious” and warned the listing could create a major supply-demand imbalance. That logic makes sense for ARK. They want liquidity to rotate into SpaceX when it lists. Selling $RKLB to fund that is a reasonable portfolio decision. It is NOT a statement about Rocket Lab’s fundamentals. And right now, those fundamentals are the BEST they have ever been. May 7, 2026: > $RKLB reports Q1 revenue of $200.3M; a 63.5% year-over-year increase. Their largest-ever quarter. > Backlog surpassed $2B. > They signed the company’s largest multi-launch contract in history, five Neutron rockets and three Electron rockets for a confidential customer with launches baselined through 2026–2029. > Craig-Hallum upgraded from Hold to Buy. TD Cowen raised to $120. > Stifel raised to $110. > Citizens raised to $95. > Clear Street raised to $98. Five separate analyst upgrades or target raises in four days. That’s not a company that is about to be disrupted by a SpaceX IPO. The logic that SpaceX’s listing hurts Rocket Lab misunderstands the market structure. SpaceX and Rocket Lab compete in some overlapping areas, but the contracts $RKLB is winning are often specifically because SpaceX is unavailable, too expensive, or too operationally inflexible for the mission profile. Small dedicated launch; Electron’s market, has no SpaceX alternative. The SpaceX IPO, when it comes, will raise the profile of the entire commercial space sector. Rocket Lab benefits from that awareness more than it is threatened by that competition. ARK’s sale is a liquidity move disguised as a thesis call. The market read it wrong this morning. I’m STILL long $RKLB. BofA Securities still has a $120 target. The backlog is real. The trajectory is intact. The people selling today will want this position back at higher prices. -BP Please note this is not financial advice.

Kinda funny how $RKLB stock is moving up like a rocket after reporting Earnings! Up 50% in 3 trading days. Still very impressed by a few of things in particular from their earnings report: 1. huge backlog of 70+ launches 2. Mynaric acquisition de-risking operations internationally 3. >$2B liquidity for more potential M&A

So fired up to be backing Sam Blond and the team at Monaco. If you know Sam you know he's special and that he was just made to build this company. Monaco is the sales product I would have wanted at Lattice...a CRM with a clear north star to make startups more money.

We're announcing our $50M Series B led by Benchmark. Founders Fund and Human Capital are tripling down in the round. We gave Benchmark a sneak preview of our upcoming GA release. They saw the future of sales. We had a term sheet 2 hours later. The future of sales is Monaco.

We’re launching @JudgmentLabs today and announcing $32M in funding. As AI agents take on more of the work that creates economic value, they generate massive amounts of production data: the clearest record of how they behave with users, software, and the real world. Judgment builds infrastructure for improving AI agents from production data.

It's been a thrilling ride from Seed to Series B, stoked for the future. We at @MonacoGTM are building an AI platform that takes the hard part for builders away: Selling. I have been part of three unicorns, but being part of Monaco from no product and no sales to now series B led by @benchmark and @jaltma has been the most rewarding professional experience of my life.
