5th march morning paid 3 months subscription amount in advance for WiFi installation. But still there is no communication.

Next day, appointment rescheduled, but again no call and visit from engineer. Waited entire day trying to contact him. Tried reaching customer care, but not been able to connect with anyone since yesterday. If service can't be delivered, why take payment first? @airtelnews
