It was one of the most fun projects I've ever done. That was the last time I met Piyush in person, I think, in his sun-drenched giant Dadar apartment overlooking the sea. He was cool. He teared up easily when a script was emotional. He smelled of cigarettes. He made us feel cool.

@divya_venn I think it’s because we love ALL of a person and it’s hard for us to see them as anything but beautiful? Whereas it’s not as easy to do the same with ourselves, so we are super critical of our pictures in a way we wouldn’t be of someone we’re obsessed with.

Why do men love taking pictures of you where you look goofy or ridiculous or downright trollish? Have never understood this. Sometimes wonder if it’s a subconscious negging thing.
