@jfsrev words to live by. Especially important when the world is in flux.

Your goals don't need to be bigger.
Your daily defaults do.

longevity to a trading career requires solid daily routine. this is non-negotiable.

@cessonmute One guy made 10 lives, the other woman killed one fetus. That doesn’t seem different to you?
English

A man can father children with 10 different women and still be celebrated as “fertile.”
A woman has one abortion and she’s “irresponsible.”
Make it make sense.

what unpopular opinion about ABORTION can put you in this position???

@levelsio @tiagopita spending independently earned money is wrong in a socialist point of view. the government is primed to be the main source of income, not business.

@tiagopita Americans want to spend their money
Portuguese don't let Americans spend their money

$USDT dominance confirms bullish scenario by breaking through the recent psychologically important lows. That means that money wants risk exposure en masse. If it doesn't turn into undercut and rally scenario the next challenge would be to break through the ascending 200ma.

I’ll throw my hat in the ring.
15 years ago, I placed a health bet:
Low-to-no carb diet + MetCon-style workouts + 18-hour daily intermittent fasting, with MetCons done at the 12-15 hour mark of the fast.
Now at age 62 (5'11.5", 163 lbs), after 15 consistent years, here are my latest labs and metrics across the board.
Metabolic & Body Comp:
- BP: 115/65
- Body fat: 9%
- Triglycerides: 65
- HDL: 65.6
- Fasting glucose: 60
- HbA1c: 5.5
- Total cholesterol: 221
- LDL: 142
- VLDL: 13
- TyG index: 7.58
- VO2 max: 50
- 10-sec Assault AirBike sprint: 1076 watts
Elite insulin sensitivity
Elite metabolic flexibility
Elite Fitness
Liver labs:
- AST: 33
- ALT: 34
- GGT: 13 (very low)
- ALP: 64
- Albumin: 4.4
- Globulin: 2.1
- Total protein: 6.5
All solid and optimized. Especially that low GGT after years of fasted intense training — liver looks happy and youthful.
Kidney function:
- Creatinine: 1 mg/dL
- eGFR (Mayo): 101.56 mL/min/1.73m²
- Urine protein: 1
- Urine creatinine: 82
- Urine protein/creatinine 0.012
- Urine RBC: 0
- Urine WBC: 0
- Urine glucose: 0
Excellent filtration, no spillover, no red flags. Kidneys staying youthful and strong.
Heart marker:
- NT-proBNP: 73 pg/mL
Very low and healthy level for a 62-year-old male — excellent sign of good cardiac function and low strain.
Oncology markers:
- PSA: 0.76 ng/mL
- CEA: 1.4 ng/mL
Both nicely low and well within normal ranges for my age. Clean bill here.
These are the receipts after 15 years. The real story which gets very little attention is why it happened. Follow me if you want to learn more.

Peter Attia wants you to train for 10 hours a week and take a statin.
David Sinclair says metformin and NAD+ boosters are the secret.
Bryan Johnson wants you to monitor every possible biological marker in existence. And post about them.
I maintain that keeping yourself lean, fit, and strong does 95+% of the heavy lifting in prolonging lifespan and healthspan.
So until we have better anti-aging interventions, that's what you should concentrate on.

@krugman87 Nice observation. The only thing that's missing is fear and dread sentiment.

I've now seen 3 big CT accounts that have pretty much abandoned crypto. Could be a bottoming sentiment indicator.

@Rainmaker1973 Voluntary marking of self is good. You should be grateful to such people because it reveals a lot.

Your tattoo isn’t just decorative ink: it’s a permanent trigger that keeps your immune system locked in a lifelong cycle of chronic inflammation.
As soon as the ink is injected into your skin, your body recognizes the pigment particles as foreign invaders. Immune cells called macrophages immediately swarm the area and attempt to swallow them up. But because they can’t actually break down the ink, the macrophages eventually die, releasing the pigment back into the surrounding tissue — only for a new wave of macrophages to arrive and repeat the process.
This endless cycle is what keeps the tattoo permanently visible, while also maintaining a state of ongoing, low-level inflammation in the skin.
Over time, some of these ink particles migrate through the lymphatic system and accumulate in the lymph nodes, placing constant stress on the body’s defense mechanisms. Emerging research suggests this internal ink buildup may interfere with normal immune function, potentially reducing the effectiveness of certain vaccines, including mRNA types. Additionally, many tattoo inks contain heavy metals like nickel and cobalt. Combined with the chronic inflammation, this has been linked to a modestly elevated risk of lymphoma and skin cancer.
While tattoos remain a powerful form of self-expression, they represent a complex, decades-long biological conflict between your immune system and foreign substances embedded in your skin.

$BTC ethereum:native - like what is happening here. Yesterday was a huge volume day. Yet it did not produce a significant advance in price. The actual range was even suppressed a bit and produced a noticeable wick. My interpretation of this is that it is ok since the price is under key moving averages and is in an actual bear market. Gotta absorb all that volume from distressed buyers who made their purchases higher and now are willing to run. And the amount of volume is institutional grade. There are several large accumulation days in the current consolidation - conveniently marked by blue in the volume section. I also see that there is quite a number of shorties in this structure. Forcing them to cover as the price goes up could produce nice fuel for this rally attempt. I'm focusing on Ethereum because of larger distance to the descending 200MA and higher ATR.
