I’m in NC and we had the same rules, I was kicked out of several places and then some just gave up and let me in. It sucked and I had to learn to use deliveries etc but I just could not wear the masks. On one occasion I had to go to the hospital with my husband and I did have to put one on so I wrote “this is stupid” on it and wore it for his appointment. It was an awful feeling being in public and dealing with the judgement and on a few occasions it did get ugly but something inside me just knew it was wrong and I could not participate in the craziness. It was lonely and it was very sad at times. It actually changed so many of my shopping habits still to this day and I’ve just recently started to get back to normal - guess that won’t last long 😞

@LndamyDark In NC you will find paneling in the older homes or ones that have never been remodeled but for the most part paneling is a thing of the past here.

We're looking to relocate to South or North Carolina. It appears every house I look at down there has paneling. I thought paneling went out in the '70s. Is this truly a thing down south?
