BREAKING 🚨 CRJ-900 Collides with Fire Truck at LaGuardia During Landing
A Mitsubishi CRJ-900LR (C-GNJZ / CRJ9) was involved in a serious runway collision with a fire truck on or near Runway 4 at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in Queens, New York, while on landing.
Early reports indicate there may be fatalities, and the airport has been closed as emergency response operations are underway.
Initial air traffic control audio suggests the tower may have cleared “Truck 1” and accompanying units to cross the runway at taxiway G shortly before the incident.
