We do our best to help our clients navigate this minefield of regulations, laws, and the positions of @Skatteverket but the lack of clarity means that the Swedish tax authority is taking their positions as law. Going to court on every issue is costly and unnecessary. 3/3

Although there is some clarity in the taxation of trading, a clear classification of crypto currencies is sorely needed and much is missing with regards to mining. In addition to this the discrepancies between countries is massive. 2/3
