@VodafoneUK manager rang.Admitted responsibility. Now referred to #customerrelations who will contact me within 3-5 working days. Which means contact by 29th April #poorservice. What happens now to my #vulnerable relative? My #family at #Easter #familytime spoilt

@vodaphoneuk won’t speak to me because, for security reasons relating to my job, I use my middle name for this account but my first name for my vodaphone account #appalling #howtoresolvethis #poorservice

Thread 1/2 So on 7th April I requested my PAC code from @VodafoneUK I could change provider. I received the code, but didn’t sign up with a new provider. Then on 15th April my phone was cut off by @VodafoneUK !! was on a call for 2 hours with them trying to sort it out.

@VodafoneUK this is classed as unauthorised use as I am the account holder. This is a #breach of privacy and #a violation of terms and conditions. #shocking way to treat a customer of 15+years #carer for a vulnerable elderly person

They eventually told me it would take 48hrs. But today I still have not been reconnected. Then my son tried to text me, only to receive a message back to say the number has been allocated to someone else!! Wtaf!!
