Just for the record - Elon is no closer now to helping paralyzed people walk than when he first started promising it 9 years ago.
He has no solution for bridging a broken spinal cord in animals or humans.
As someone *very* involved with the disabled and spinal cord injured communities - these lies are incredibly unhelpful.
Companies who are just as far - if not farther along with Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs) are Clinatec, Braingate, and Synchron.
So if you're going to donate, or just want to just follow the tech, perhaps send your money and views to them instead of a snake oil grifter like @elonmusk

It’s all lining up for Elon to take Tesla private at $420 at the start of 2026 with XAI merger. If Tesla stays at this level and XAI explodes in value. It would be sad for retail. But makes things alot easier for Elon by not being a public company. Just wish there were a way for retail investors to invest in private companies. Can someone create a fund that exclusively invests in X Corp or the new Tesla/XAI entity if it happens with one to one share relation?

@wholemars Market will go ballistic when we get full autonomy - I could already sleep in my Tesla from home to work (17 miles ) and back - I wish it would let me - but they are going snail slow for safety over the top as it’s already a lot safer than me driving -
