Geo@TheGeoMethod
The 10 tonalities I use to close every deal:
1. Scarcity - Lower your voice to a whisper with power behind it. Something is in short supply. It's a secret almost.
2. Certainty - This is absolutely the best thing in the world. You're certain through and through.
3. Reasonable man - "Sounds good?" I'm reasonable. You're reasonable. We're both adults here.
4. Phrasing declaratives as questions - "Hey, it's Geo calling from XYZ company in London?" Makes them search their memory. Creates engagement.
5. I care - "How are you doing today?" Like you actually care. Not the robotic version most reps use.
6. I really want to know - "What's that thing that's really keeping you up at night?" You genuinely want to know. They feel it.
7. Implied obviousness - "Yeah, you'll make money with this, but more importantly, what I can do for you over the long term..." It's beyond obvious.
8. Sincerity - "Believe me, you're going to be glad you did this." Not certainty. Sincerity. They feel the difference.
9. Money aside - "Does the idea make sense to you? Do you like the idea?" Implicit in the tone: hypothetically speaking, money aside.
10. Mystery and intrigue - "Now, the reason for the call today..." Drawing them in. Similar to scarcity but with more mystery.
Master these and you’ll control every conversation.
