@easyJet please please listen to me when I say I’m grieving and I had a bad experience on your airline and offering me a voucher to fly with you again it insensitive and triggering as I paid by card I would like cash back as I would not like to travel easyjet again I’m struggling

@easyJet £144 outbound £ €178 inbound as well as £88 on the app ?? No one can explain why and what and the offer to travel with you again is not a solution I do not want to experience that trauma again and then have to spend weeks talking to scripts online

@easyJet travel again with EasyJet. I have had no answer to why this happened over 8 weeks of going back and forth without the requested phone call from management. A voucher that doesn’t even cover a quarter of the cost and the damages to me and my daughters is unacceptable

@easyJet I never want to fly easyjet again and you’re insensitively offering me a voucher to fly with you again? And it doesn’t cover or still explain what I paid and also compensate for having myself and my daughters in tears we went in this holiday to help a traumatic time

@easyJet I would like to escalate my complaint I travelled on the 01/04 & I am still talking to various different CS agents who clearly are not investigating I’ve paid 3 times for held luggage and your offering me a voucher to travel with you again for £174.00 & still no call

@easyjetlaur Does not come across as a company who prides themselves on providing travel for all? I am also beating this luggage issue many have experienced. I have receipts and don’t knwo why I was forced to pay! And still no recognition of the disgusting behaviour and service of G staff

@easyJet so I go on holiday with my two daughters after bereavement and get bullied at the gates for luggage when I’ve paid ! I got charge 3 times when I travelled x2 and paid on the app! And now I’m 4 weeks of emails it’s disgusting behaviour

@easyjetlaur You have all these details surely if this is being looked in you will indeed see all my correspondence. I want my money back, I paid on the app and I was charged £144 on the way there and £178€ on way back same luggage and I had paid! And was just bullied terribly

@easyjetlaur I’m sorry Laura I have been going back and forth with your CS agents for 4 weeks now. They clearly are not addressing the issue ? I’ve also asked for a phone call consistently this has been ignored. I was left in tears in front of my daughters on the way back.

@easyJet I have asked numerous times for a call from management over this baggage charge at Gatwick and Corfu in April because the script I’m getting is not resolving the issue and I would like all my money refunded apparently you offer flights for all? #discrimination
