@bbray27 Give them time. All the extra duties (yard duty, committees, meetings) add up and take away precious time. Yard duty is the worst- we don’t even get a proper bathroom break or even just a moment to catch our breath.

@classtag I teach kindergarten @ a Title 1 school with over 29 languages, often at least 10 different languages in my class. I would use the money to get more multicultural books in the hands of my diverse students, & purchase a table for small group instruction, to best meet their needs.
