@RogersHelps I pay way too much for my internet and something tells me you aren’t going to credit me for the outage I’ve been experiencing all day. Yes I’ve been in touch, no it was not helpful to simply hear there was an outage in my area that could take up to 12 hours to fix.

My daughter got a label maker from a relative for Christmas and it is truly the gift that keeps on giving. Not sure what I'm going to do when she actually learns to spell properly.

Tomorrow is my 36 birthday, it’s also the day I get my biopsy results from the brain surgery I had on Valentine’s Day. Through out my cancer journey, I’ve kept puppetry and being a maker as mental and physical therapy, which has helped immensely. The results for tomorrow will be hard to hear, we have an idea of what to expect tomorrow, which is why we knew I needed the surgery in the first place. Could use some joy tomorrow. I'd love to celebrate by seeing your puppetry creations. Any type, style, ability level, students, professionals. Or If you have a favorite clip or meme from the podcast or tutorials, I’d love to see them. #PuppetNerd. Your work and creativity uplifts me. Thank you for being a beacon of joy and inspiration. These shoddy sensors man... yes I'm happy for the new tech but: waking up twice last night to go to the washroom, sensor reads normal blood glucose. Don't trust it. New sensor goes in, Surprise: high blood glucose. And has been for...? Really must keep a finger stick around

Today’s diabetic kids got totes screwed! Back in my day, I’d write “100” 3 times in a journal and call it a day for my BGLs! 🤣😂 Endo was always confused how my a1c was 13…..

My endo wants my lows to be at or below 5%. In pure 1990s diabetes kid fashion, it occurred to me I could lower my goal from 70 to 65 and, ta-da, now I’m less than 5% low! Then I realized the “Doctor’s Report” section of Dex has a set goal range that’s unchangeable. 🤣😂

@daveannable I feel like this just reinforces the need for (more) safe spaces.

Imagine being against "safe spaces" in such an angry and disruptive way that they need to call the police. Religion makes people crazy. None of this behaviour, or that of some local "concerned parents" sounds 'good Christian' at all. cbc.ca/news/canada/to…
