When creating an Outlier account, Skill assessment should be taken by the person who created and verified the acct, it usually requires webcam, They should answer the questions naturally, do not use AI and do not read from a script, they will detect this and ban the acct. Then project onboarding can be taken by the person who will manage the acct, The project onboarding does not require webcam, at least for the aether and some other projects onboarding.
