UPSC पेपर के बाद एक बात पूरी तरह स्पष्ट हो गई है कि सिर्फ कोचिंग नोट्स पढ़कर इस परीक्षा को निकालना लगभग असंभव है. UPSC अब तथ्यों की जानकारी नहीं, बल्कि समझ, विश्लेषण क्षमता, interlinking और balanced thinking को परख रही है. इसलिए तैयारी का फोकस होना चाहिए: • NCERT (6-12) से मजबूत बेसिक समझ • PIB Daily, सरकारी Notifications/Circulars • योजना और कुरुक्षेत्र जैसे मैगज़ीन • The Hindu / Indian Express के Editorials • Budget और Economic Survey की गहरी समझ • India Year Book जैसे authentic sources पेपर साफ संकेत दे रहा है कि UPSC “information overload” नहीं, बल्कि “clarity of concepts + application of knowledge” देख रही है. जो अभ्यर्थी केवल ready-made notes पर निर्भर रहेंगे, उन्हें unpredictable और analytical questions में कठिनाई होगी. इसलिए sources कम रखिए, लेकिन उन्हें गहराई से पढ़िए और समझ विकसित कीजिए. एक महत्वपूर्ण बात और: प्रश्न पत्र कठिन और आसान होना रिजल्ट को ज़्यादा प्रभावित नहीं करता. आसान सवाल होंगे तो कटऑफ ऊपर जाएगा. इस बार प्रश्नपत्र मुश्किल थे, कटऑफ काफ़ी कम जाएगा. मुख्य परीक्षा की तैयारी प्रारंभ कीजिए. शुभकामनाएँ.
