@TJKarnage @EliasHasle @mattfagundes @MissAlly_01 You’re misunderstanding me. That wasn’t the question. I just misremembered that Zeus was Jupiter, not Saturn. What I’m curious about is why Saturn (Chronos) was regarded in such a way that a planet was named after him as opposed to another one of the gods.

@privacygoodd @EliasHasle @mattfagundes @MissAlly_01 Maybe I’m understanding you incorrectly, but the planets are exclusively named after Roman gods, all of them iirc. Chronos is Greek not Roman, or Latin. Saturn is the equivalent of chronos.

@EliasHasle @mattfagundes @MissAlly_01 Ah you’re right! I didn’t know about the Chronos thing though, weird that he got to be a planet while other Roman gods aren’t. Maybe the Romans had different views of Chronos for some reason?

There is 0 good reason for cards like this to exist in any modern format of YGO. Floodgates are oppressive, reductive, non-interactive, skill-less blights upon the game, and it blows my mind that they are still legal for some God forsaken reason.
