Give the lender 15 percent per year. No pre payment penalty. Put the BTC in custody. (No. Hypothecating) The lender sees the BTC in custody. And has it as collateral in case I default. Kinda like a reverse collateralized loan. Is there such a product? One paid in full with interest to free the BTC. Into my full custody once I satisfy the agreement. Who can I raise that capital with. Seems like low risk to the lender. Might sweeten the deal if required so that the lender comes along for the ride at 3 percent of growth once I am in net profit on the loan. free and clear. What firm would execute this?
