R u serious? I urge ppl to never make a purchase from u guys. Worst service is an understatement. More than 10 days for a pickup? U frauds...u are trying to sell off defective products and forcing the customers to keep it. @MyntraSupport

Thanks for one of the worst customer service experience. I ordered a suitcase from ur app to my own peril. First the order came late. Then it was wrong. Third I placed a return request. To this day there's no one at the doorstep despite fake promises from app & cs @MyntraSupport
