A 340-pound woman has been arrested after she allegedly fatally crushed her adoptive son, Dakota Levi Stevens, by lying on top of him while he screamed for several minutes. It is reported that 48-year-old Jennifer Lee Wilson positioned herself on Dakota's midsection, applying pressure for approximately five minutes. The incident occurred as a result of an argument. After a few minutes had passed, Wilson got up and questioned Dakota, asking if he was pretending before rolling him over and noticing his pale eyelids. It was then that she initiated CPR and contacted emergency services. Dakota was subsequently transported to a hospital, where medical professionals declared him deceased shortly thereafter. Wilson was taken into custody on July 13 after evading authorities for two months. She is accused of causing Dakota's death through reckless homicide.

@TMZ Florida? You don't say. I don't fault the cops for any action, they were in a messed up position and had to make a call. However it is interesting that they indistinctly "go dark" on their body cam when they fire shots. But then again, it's Florida.
