Dudley paid for his own poll that said he'd win vs Kotek — the "only one" who could do it. Then he went on the radio and claimed our poll is fake — it was just some internet poll. We called 656 verified Oregon Republican voters. Live phones. Secretary of State voter file. Randomized sample. ±3.83% margin of error. And no candidate paid for it. He came in third. Real winners don't need to fake it. predictoregon.com/results/gov-pr…

This is a playlist time-life would have dropped in a late night infomercial. Remember those feel good classics from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s? You can now own them on vinyl, 8-track, or cassette. For the introductory price of voting for someone who’s been in office and getting no answers on my voting record.

@DrewPavlou I still hold a grudge againstBen Shapiro for urging everyone to get the vax and implying it was ignorance or fear preventing people from doing so, even if he was against the mandate.

Ben Shapiro has a completely normal personal life. His opponents include: - Nick Fuentes (closeted homosexual neo-Nazi) - Candace Owens (schizophrenic black lady) - Tucker Carlson (jihad defender paid off by Russia and Qatar) - Elijah Schaffer (drug addicted closeted homosexual who cheated on his wife with young boys while she was raising his infant children) - Andrew Tate (Muslim human trafficker) - Dan Bilzerian (Muslim pimp gambling drug addict who inherited his money from a Ponzi scheme and gave himself a heart attack in his 30s from snorting too much coke) - Myron Gaines (Sudanese Muslim closeted homosexual who hates women) - Sneako (Haitian jihadist deported from Australia for meeting with ISIS affiliates) So just by being normal, Ben Shapiro wins. His opponents literally sound like a list of Arkham Asylum escapees, just a bunch of mentally retarded psychotic freaks involved in drugs, prostitution, gambling, neo-Nazism, jihadism. Shapiro wins

SHOCK POLL: Former NBA Star Chris Dudley LEADS Radical Democrat Gov. Tina Kotek in Oregon Governor Race – Could Oregon Finally Flip RED? | Jim Hᴏft, The Gateway Pundit Republicans looking for a political upset in the Pacific Northwest just got a fresh shot of optimism. A new Hoffman Research poll shows former NBA player and Republican gubernatorial candidate Chris Dudley narrowly leading incumbent Oregon Governor Tina Kotek in a hypothetical general election matchup, 48% to 44%. The survey, conducted May 11–12 among 603 likely voters, was commissioned by Dudley’s campaign and carries a reported margin of error of approximately ±4 percentage points. For a state that has not elected a Republican governor in decades, the numbers are sure to get attention. Oregon Live reported: Respondents were asked who they would vote for if the general election were held today and Kotek was facing either Dudley or Drazan. They picked Dudley over Kotek 48% to 44% in that hypothetical matchup, while Drazan and Kotek both received 45% in the hypothetical matchup between the two. The general election is still six months away and a lot could change before November as Kotek and her Republican opponent both make their case to voters about why they should be elected governor. However, the poll showed dissatisfaction with Kotek that mirrors other polls. More than half – 53% – of those polled said they have an unfavorable opinion of Kotek compared to 33% who said they had a favorable opinion of her. The new results come after just a third of Portland metro area respondents said they had a positive opinion of Kotek, while 59% said they had a negative impression of her in a late April poll commissioned by The Oregonian/OregonLive. The new poll of 603 likely general election voters was conducted by Portland-based polling firm Hoffman Research Group from May 11 to 12. The results were weighted to reflect a likely Oregon general election electorate across key demographics, including age, gender, party registration, geography, congressional district and voting propensity, according to Mark Nashif, chief pollster for the Hoffman Research Group. “The poll shows a challenging environment for Gov. Kotek: 58% of voters say Oregon is headed in the wrong direction, and 53% have an unfavorable impression of her,” Nashif wrote in an email. “Both leading Republicans are competitive against the incumbent, but Dudley is the only one tested who crosses into a lead, while the Drazan/Kotek matchup is tied at 45%–45%.” Dudley, a former Portland Trail Blazers center and the GOP nominee for Oregon governor in 2010, is making another run at the governor’s mansion as frustration grows over crime, homelessness, economic pressures, and the culture war battles that have increasingly dominated state politics. One of Dudley’s more attention-grabbing campaign positions has been opposition to allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports, an issue that has become a flashpoint nationwide and one Republicans believe resonates strongly with independent voters. The poll suggests Gov. Kotek may be more vulnerable than Oregon Democrats would like to admit. thegatewaypundit.com/2026/05/shock-…

In the 1970s, David Premack wondered if a chimpanzee could be taught to ask a question. He taught Sarah 130 plastic word-tokens. She answered his questions easily. After years of work, she had never asked one of her own. Sixty years later, no signing ape has. A four-year-old human asks about 25 questions an hour. Paul Harris at Harvard counted them: kids ask their parents around 40,000 questions between ages two and five. Premack even worked out a method for teaching an ape to ask. Hide a snack the chimp expects. Wait for her to sign "where is it." He never bothered running it on Sarah. She spent her sessions answering his questions, never asking her own. A normal kid, he pointed out, asks "what that? who making noise? when Daddy come home?" on a loop. Washoe the chimpanzee, the first one taught American Sign Language, knew 250 signs. She could request food. She could sign her name. She once saw a swan and called it "water bird," a sharp invention for an animal she had no sign for. She never asked what the swan was, or where it came from, or anything else. Koko the gorilla knew about 1,000 signs. Kanzi the bonobo understands more than 3,000 spoken English words. Nim Chimpsky, Herbert Terrace's chimp at Columbia (named to mock the linguist Noam Chomsky), strung 125 signs into more than 20,000 combinations. His longest stretch was "give orange me give eat orange me eat orange give me eat orange give me you." He never asked a thing. Joseph Jordania, a researcher in Melbourne, thinks this is the line between us and them. To ask a question, you first have to know that the person across from you knows something you don't. Apes do not seem to get to that step, even after a lifetime of being talked at by humans. Human kids cross that line around their fourth birthday. Apes never do.
Ezzy@ezzyskii

Scientists have been communicating with apes via sign language since the 1960s; apes have never asked one question.

You know what I find most hilarious about the whole "racist redistricting" thing? People are screaming that now blacks won't have Congressional representation. Think about that for a second. They're quite literally saying that blacks are so different, so foreign, so alien to the rest of humanity that they can only be understood and represented by one of their own. Yet they demand to be treated just like everyone else.

@realObamaSucks @MeghanEMurphy She treats it like a new phenomenon : “older women no longer look "old" in the way they once did”. It’s not. And you’re correct, neither is older guys going after young women.

While I think there are many reasons young men might be into older women, I also think it's actually not that deep... They like and are attracted to older women, and older women like and are attracted back... The reasons behind the attraction are both superficial (older women no longer look "old" in the way they once did, thanks to better skincare regimes and knowledge about self-care—i.e. lifting weights, proper nutrition, hydration, etc.), that is to say, men are attracted to attractive women regardless of age and regardless of what the manosphere claims about a "wall" that really does not exist, as well as it being vibes/personality-oriented. Older women are more comfortable with themselves, more straight-up, easier to talk to, have healthier boundaries, are less insecure and needy, and are probably going to be less high-maintenance. They know how to take care of themselves and already have fulfilling lives they like, so aren't looking for a man to fill some kind of gaping hole within (or without). They probably just want someone who can add to an already full and content life in a fun and chill way. Young women do tend to be more insecure, higher anxiety, more needy, higher drama, more superficial, and more high-maintenance, which are not necessarily very attractive qualities. (This isn't intended to be a dis towards young women, it's just a reality I've experienced and observed having been both a woman in her 20s and her 40s.) Moreover, young men are dealing with a generation of young women who are angry at the world (and at "white men" and "patriarchy" specifically), full of anxiety and have fully absorbed a politic shaped by social media nonsense. "Men are shit" is a common refrain from younger women and really do seem to believe that they can't be around—never mind date—anyone who doesn't share their beliefs and politics, which they believe are 100% correct. Inevitably the more "based" young man is going to be viewed as "bad" by this iteration of young women. Also, frankly, the sexual compatibility between a younger man and older woman is likely to be more satisfying on both ends on account of the sexual comfort and experience of older women, which young women, especially those who grew up online, in a porn culture (which, despite appearances, is actually very anti-sex, and does nothing to teach young women about healthy sexuality or sexual enjoyment, but is probably more likely to traumatize them and turn them off of sex), don't have. I have seen endless cope in response to discussions of this reality and trend, likely in part from people who simply haven't experienced it because they aren't out in the world experiencing it and are just reading about it online, so for them it just doesn't parse with the side-narratives they're being fed on the internet, and then of course from men who are working hard to ensure young women fear ageing past 25, so they settle for dickheads and losers lest they become lonely, useless, invisible "cat ladies," as they've been informed they will by a bunch of embittered incels and manosphere geeks. I'm unconvinced this trend is going to cause some kind of crisis wherein young men straight up stop pursuing or being interested in women their own age, but I do think that if young people in general don't get offline and out into the real world, they are going to miss out on all the fun and joy of being human, which includes meeting and flirting with and dating one another. If men are afraid to approach young women because they act like assholes in response and young women can't have normal conversations with men their own age without politicizing everything, that is going to be a problem, just as men who decide to spend all their time online, watching manosphere streamers and gooning will be a problem. Meanwhile, those of us who are still out and about, active in the real world, are going to continue having a fun time and the bitter internet people can stay mad about it ✌️
