@Procreate okay I love what you’ve done in regard to the layers but can you put that grouping shortcut back? The one that would appear over the plus sign? That was nice and quick to get to, everything else is fine though!!! I’m glad you gave us the new additions!

Any data recovered will be added in your Gallery and won't effect existing canvases. Saw this when using procreate. Thank GOD I didn’t press anything because I would’ve lost all my work especially my Angel Alastor AU comic I’m still working on and coloring. I would’ve had a full mental breakdown and cry.

@Procreate Thank you! (I mostly had this idea because I had to emergency upgrade my iPad and there isn’t a quick way of getting my thousands of working files over to the new device yet.)

Dear @Procreate I wish there was a way I could just slide a stack to another device if they were touching. I know folks can do that with photos and contact info, even some documents, but it would be so nice to just swipe/slide a stack to their open procreate if it was touching.

@Ro_Vilano We'll add your vote for a multi-select option! For now, drag and drop can be used to pick up multiple photos when importing 🤗

@John_Maskell @Bigdebs222 We're sad to hear this. If you haven't already, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we'll help however we can. When backups have trouble loading we have a few steps we can advise to see if this allows the data to restore. procre.at/support

@Procreate @Bigdebs222 Procreate has it and could not be resolve Procreate File recovery and could not be restored from Mac Backups. Backups need to be more reliable like Time Machine or SuperDuper.

Procreate not having a trash or recently deleted feature is insane!!!!! Just lost 1 week worth of work and I have to start over just like that?

@hft1472 We're glad to hear this! If you store to iCloud these brushes may have just needed some time to load. If it helps going forward, you can long press the Procreate Brushes folder in iCloud Drive and select either 'Download now' to prioritise this or choose 'Keep Downloaded' 🖌️

@volmxe We've seen a few reports recently and a force restart might help you too 🙏 We're looking onto root causes, but it seems to be a temporary glitch. Let us know how you go! procre.at/restart

@AddyAddyO It's not yet possible to share like this with the iPad, but we are looking at iCloud integration for the future which could offer a nice workflow. We'll make a note of your use case for quick share options in the future 💜

@Procreate Yes! Using the airdrop feature for when someone has put their iPad next to yours. Then you can just select a stack, or multiple stacks, tap iPads together and send all your procreate working files another user super simply. Would be great for when upgrading devices & art games.

Oh no! We're sad to hear this and we'll note your feedback 🙏 The iPad backup would be the only way to recover lost data. Check in iPad Settings > tap on your name > iCloud > iCloud Backup > tap on your iPad in the device list to confirm your backup info for restoration procre.at/restore

procreate dreams is such a fun tool to use but i keep running into the same bug when trying to edit these timelines :( might have to take a pause to using it😭
