As a Canadian streamer with many American followers that really like to donate to me and support me I find this so disturbing because PayPal is one of the only ways that I can accept tips and donations, which is one of my main sources of income. I have money locked in my PayPal account when I’ve never even sold NSFW content. I am so upset just as I’m starting to stream consistently and feel better about streaming this happens. Twitch takes a massive percentage of my twitch income and now I can’t even accept payments through PayPal anymore, and all of the money I have in that account has been locked. As someone who lives on extremely low income and is very much struggling medically right, and is disabled and can’t get a job. This is probably the most devastating thing happened to my streaming career. That was my food money for the next 2 months. Fuck you @PayPal !

People have been asking for my take on everything going on lately, especially when it comes to entering the lewd sphere. So here’s my advice: The moment you start existing in both spaces, SFW and NSFW...people will try to reduce you to a single label. It won’t matter how funny you are, how kind you are, how much you do for the community, the charity work, the effort, the late nights, the support you give others… to some people, all of it gets buried under one word. So if this is a path you’re stepping into, understand that now. You need thick skin. You need to know who you are outside of what strangers decide to call you, because once people make up their minds about you, very few will look deeper than the label they’ve chosen.
