Random View… Irene Ndibo’s story, a US educated Wallstreet banker, should be a serious cautionary tale to highly successful diaspora considering returning home to “build the nation” entrepreneurially…
…just don’t leave everything and return, but if you must be very careful, it could be a mistake that you cannot recover from and that’s what hit Irene.
1. Business and career is primarily networks and connections; yes talent and capabilities matter but it’s very secondary.
2. There is another layer where locally educated and careered roadrunners scoff at your foreign degrees and experience. You will hear a lot of “this is not US. This is not NY”
3. You will sometimes find yourself in rooms debating with powerful yet functional illiterates in matters you have studied and practiced in the best markets on earth as Irene had studied and practiced at Goldman Sachs. In these moments the phrase “third world” comes vividly alive.
4. A point comes where returnees social, career connections and immigration status abroad has expired, yet things in Kenya are just not working at all - there and then the steady descent begins
5. Deep regrets begin to set in for having signed on to Project Kenya; worse, as one descends they are also watching corrupt incompetents soar as they steadily descend.
6. From Manhattan apartments, taking subways to work with a Starbucks in hand, six figure salaries, you start asking for financial help. People assist but then predictably compassion fatigue sets in and you are left alone.
6. Challenges and stress evolve into mental illness, which itself has limited interventions in Kenya, highly stigmatized and highly unaffordable. Chances of pulling back from here is very very low.
7. Family, friends alumni, and loved ones have their own issues, you are left alone never to be heard of.
My Point Is: Returning is for either the connected few or for the hard-headed few, if you are not just stay in New York or wherever, please.
This is not Singapore where Lee Kwan Yew searched for its best and brightest in universities and cities around the world to go back and build Singapore.
A sad story, may she RIP.

Dr. Ben Chumo,
At 65 years and counting, I ask you plainly: what exactly do you want from me?
Was it not enough that on 12th December 2025 you kidnapped/abducted my children under false pretence claiming they were visiting you only to switch off your phone and subsequently move them beyond my reach. Without my consent, nor the courts consent?
If you had a lawful court order, why was it not formally served upon me?
Why was deception used instead of due process?
Why has this alleged court order never been produced for verification?
For 67 days now, I have neither seen nor spoken to my children. As their father and primary caregiver for over four years, this prolonged silence is unjustifiable and deeply distressing.
I must also address the events of Friday evening - 19th February 2026 when five @DCI_Kenya officers from Gigiri Police Station (four male, one female) arrived at my residence after 5pm in a Subaru Outback registration KCP 763N. They declined to properly identify themselves and sought to arrest me on what appear to be defamation allegations.
Since when does defamation justify five @DCI_Kenya officers and a late-evening home visit?
@DCI_Kenya Why was I not formally summoned during official working hours?
Why the refusal to identify yourselves? Why the urgency, and why the apparent attempt at intimidation?
Let this be clearly stated:
If anything happens to me whether through unlawful arrest, harassment, or any harm to my person responsibility will rest squarely with you, Dr. Ben Chumo, for initiating and sustaining this course of action.
I am documenting every event. I am informing relevant authorities and legal counsel. Transparency protects everyone.
Dr. Ben Chumo If your actions are lawful, then transparency should not be difficult.
Produce the court order you rely upon?
Clarify the legal basis upon which my children were removed?
How did you involve yourself on this matter?
Silencing a father who is demanding answers does not resolve the underlying issue. It only deepens it.
The era of intimidation is over.
Dr Ben Chumo, produce my Children, whether dead or alive. I will not be intimidated.

A country where 50 million citizens who pay taxes are contented with receiving handouts from politicians who have become billionaires stealing their taxes have no chance of becoming a developed and democratic state.
Nothing will change until the citizens stop cheering ALL their stealing politicians and overhaul the system which institutionalized theft of public resources and impunity.

In 2012, when I told Kenyans that Raila Odinga was a conman, many Kenyans attacked me—physically and verbally. They abused me and said I should be hanged.
In 2018 and 2024, after Raila Odinga BETRAYED Kenyans who had been murdered, maimed and brutalized fighting for his STOLEN victories, millions of Kenyans apologized to me and said, “Miguna, we didn’t know your game!”
When I told Kenyans that Morara Kebaso was a conman, Kenyans hurled insults at me and said they didn’t care. Three short months later, they chased Kebaso and tried to stone him, then came back to me, apologized and asked for forgiveness.
Now, I take this opportunity to warn you that Sifuna and his groupies are Trojan Horses whose owners who are as bad or worse than Ruto will emerge soon and then you will stone them in public, like you did to Kebaso.
Anyone invoking Raila Odinga’s name as the only basis for seeking leadership is worse than Ruto’s empty rhetoric. Some of those charlatans have shot and maimed innocent Kenyans. Others have held public office for decades without unveiling any transformative agenda.
Years ago, they were telling us—even in the midst of Raila’s betrayal of the GenZs—that Raila couldn’t be wrong.
What we need is a revolution which will birth a merit based society and social justice. Not another bout of sycophantic slogans bereft of ideological content.

Here comes Legendary Engonga 2.0 from Moscow Russia. This comrade didn’t just land in Africa, he arrived like a fully funded rural electrification project. He supplied electricity from Kenya all the way to Ghana without an iota of blackouts. On his Kenyan tour, our boy wasn’t looking for wildlife at the Maasai Mara. Ooliskia wapi!!
He was conducting independent power producers meetings in malls and shopping centres. The man was window-shopping for mafuurmbanya like it was Black Friday. No talking stage,, No “baby, I’m hungry”,, No “send fare”,, No “my shosh just died.”
Just straight to business like a government tender awarded without advertisement. Efficiency at its finest hapana macheso. This man was rotating his waist faster than a ceiling fan in January. Daily fixtures pale kwa Airbnb. No rest days, It’s like he was running on 1000.0 horsepower, a V12 engine fueled by audacity and mineral water.
Our boy had no taste, it was a Zero discrimination policy. Tall, short, filtered, unfiltered, everyone qualified. From mama mboga to massage therapists, the entire supply chain got connected. The man was doing nationwide rollout like Kasongo launching Nyota program.
Allegedly, 90% of those featured were married. The remaining 10% were probably still filling forms expecting to fly with the mikoro to Russia. You see, when some of our women spot a clean white man, they don’t see a tourist, they see a vaccine against msoto.
Even after seeing how loose most modern women are, you'll still see a mumu man buying flowers and gifts this weekend, preparing to impress daughter of Agrippina who already attended an international summit for free. You’ll see bearded men lining up with teddy bears and perfumes, investing heavily in assets that were previously eaten for free eat kisumoo by legends.
Ayaaam telling you, it's very difiikalt being a boychild in these trying economic times. But you just have to feel sorry for married men, it must be VEEEEEEEERY difficult on their end too. May Yehova Wanyonyi be kind to men in that thing called Mariech. Kama kawa sisi walala hoii hatuna maoni, Letu Jicho tu.

Prophet Owuor granted an interview to the TV47 Investigations team, a decision his advisors appeared to believe would help reinforce their narrative about his ministry. However, the line of questioning made it clear this was not a propaganda piece but a serious investigative inquiry.
He later decides to bait the Investigative crew at the end of the interview with a ksh 20,000 each and claims it's a blessing. The Crew finished their interrogations of the investigative story and later reversed the 20k after a couple of days. His team had seemingly hoped to use the token to later frame the encounter as extortion.
Captured on CCTV, Owuor subsequently dispatched his lawyers in an attempt to block the documentary’s broadcast. Despite this, the program aired and raised troubling questions about deception and a rogue ministry operating under the guise of divine intervention and messianic claims.

To PEDOPHILE @BillGates: Why have you unleashed lab-manufactured mosquitoes on Kenyans the same way you unleashed #COVIDー19 on the world? Is it to divert the world from your evil child sex ring in Epstein Files, or you are just an irredeemable maniac?
