@SoonerINATL Sorry for the late response, but credit cards are supported! You just link the bank that issued it.
English

@prop_flow This looks amazing and I signed up for a trial but can you not link credit cards for prop fees spent is it only banks? Will credit card syncs be supported in the future?

Anybody who trades prop firms should be using @prop_flow
Zero excuse not to.
Probably one of if not the best platforms I’ve seen for showing transparency and keeping yourself in check financially.
It will even show you if you have a tilt day or excessive spending. Shows your lifetime payouts. It’s honestly incredible.

The stuff nobody will ever show you.
Here’s full transparency of the worst trading month of my life.
I linked everything to @prop_flow and I wanted to highlight especially my worst month ever in trading.
Time to clean this space up.
This is futures accounts because I never in my life spent money like that on CFD’s
still on the leaderboard at @prop_flow number 12 all time. @jayalxndr
I’ll be at #1 very soon.
Here’s to transparency 🤝

@TylerG_Capital @prop_flow Prop_flow is incredible, just tried it out and it’s awesome
English

@t_professor1970 Interesting! That is definitely something we can look into and add!
English

@prop_flow is it possible to identify the source of the expense on the transaction list? I think it would be a beneficial feature especially if audited. Maybe by adding another colum with the source type on the transaction list. And or maybe it would allow us to sort the transaction by source type ( credit card or PayPal etc).
Thanks!

@stalliontrades1 @tallie_mic60083 @jayalxndr @TakeProfitLLC @lanto_trades This is anonymized aggregated data across our database, Lanto is not using our service.
English

@tallie_mic60083 @jayalxndr @TakeProfitLLC @prop_flow @lanto_trades He spent 800k on tpt alone not across different firms.
English

out of 50 traders using @TakeProfitLLC through @prop_flow , @lanto_trades takes up 20% of the total expenses and that's with the cherry picked date range of jan-nov.
kinda nuts if you think about it. does spending close to 180k at a single firm within a 11 month span sound like a good trader? lol

English

What’s a better verification method?
PropFlow or an excel sheet downloaded 7 times that was uploaded to ChatGPT that can be reconfigured to say what you want it to say.
We’ll accommodate the verification (expenses only) if you’re up for it. All secured via Plaid.
Lanto 🧲@lanto_trades
Pay up. Where is my $100,000? You really don't want me to donate $50k to charity? Full verification. You fraud.
English

@lanto_trades All of this trouble when we could verify it within 15 minutes lmao, absolutely no way for it to be interfered with.
There’s a reason I feel as to why there’s an email excel sheet that’s been downloaded 7 times (7) is uploaded chatgpt instead of just logging into TPTs dashboard.

@camundahl @TradersParadise @PropTracker_io There is always going to be a loophole somewhere, unfortunately. Bad players will always find a way.
English

@TradersParadise @PropTracker_io @prop_flow
The only way i see to cheat Prop Flow is if you add your deposit account(s) and not your fee accounts.
For me, I added all my checking accounts and credit cards and it found everything, love it.
Is there any way to make it harder to lie @prop_flow ?
English

It’s about time we just fucking say it.
Props aren’t trading.
They are a trading themed carnival game designed with a bent rim and a slightly overinflated basketball. So you can’t judge a trader’s skill by their prop trading skills. No real trader does in real trading what they do in props.
Prop firms are great though, for new traders and traders who can’t fund themselves yet, people still learning. But also great for people who want to get an ROI on a chunk of money quickly (more on that later).
Prop firms are designed on top of risk models that after a certain ROI a trader goes to live. 5x-10x and you’re at that threshold. They all are about the same. Props do not just sit back and let someone 100x their investment. You go live/get denied/soft banned, etc… They have risk teams creating that sweet spot, and setting rules/parameters that set a failure rate that secures solvency.
So don’t think for a minute someone pays $300 for an eval and turns it into $1mil payout every Tuesday. Winning the lottery is more likely. Your average prop god will be doing 5x-10x their spend on average. Which means for every million they make they are spending at least $100k.
Just accept it already. If you’re shocked a person spent $50k, $100k, $300k, as long as ROI is there that prop god has figured out the system. There is so much “lol I can’t believe you spent this much” or “whoa that payout is awesome how do I join discord” on my feed this week. But it seems so many here went to elementary school in the small portables behind the normal elementary school where their teacher is telling them not to eat glue instead of oh I don’t know… teaching division? So it seems my feed is full of folks that never learned to divide profit by spend to get ROI.
If you are making ROI - it doesn’t matter what you bet! The prop game is who is the best and figured out how to cheese the ROI system.
Great traders make excellent prop traders. But great prop traders might not be good traders.
Let that sink in.

@prop_flow For $20/mo I can do quickbooks self employed. It tracks the income automatically, expenses automatically, lets me plug in other deductions, estimates quarterly taxes, and then when tax season hits, I just import everything into TurboTax. It’s been built for years…
English

Clarity was always the point.
Auto-tracking was just the obvious solution.

English

@camundahl Yes our platform tracks everything automatically by using the secured app Plaid, which is used by thousands of services for financial tracking.
It can pickup any account, including credit cards, savings, checkings, etc.
English

@prop_flow does it do this automatically somehow, or do I have to manually enter it all? it can pick up credit cards, not just checking accounts?
English

@TheNateInhof More power to those who manually track it all!
Thanks brother 🙏🏼
