🚨 Today Apache Stronghold is hosting a day of prayer outside SCOTUS as they prepare to ask the Court to protect the sacred site Chi’chil Biłdagoteel (also known as Oak Flat) from destruction. 
 🙏🏾 Interfaith clergy, including members of the @UnitedChurch, join in solidarity.

Apache Stronghold will be starting the Journey of prayer to the Supreme Court to stop the shattering of the human existence and to protect Mother Earth. On July 12, 2024 the Apache Stronghold will be in Lummi Nation in Washington State.

It was a powerful experience to join @ProtectOakFlat for their spiritual send-off for the 9th Circuit. I stand with them in their fight to protect and preserve their sacred places which have existed since time immemorial and should continue for future generations to come.
