@markgreenaway Chain restaurants and corporate hospitality groups will struggle as they battle investment commercial property groups in the courts over lease contract disputes. Independent and owner operated businesses will thrive. The Bib will overtake the star.

This is why so many places demand deposits. Luckily we’re supported by a great neighbourhood and haven’t been forced down this route yet. Imagine purchasing quality stock and just seeing it lay in the fridge, it would be gut wrenching. Delivering a tasting menu is tough enough!

Heard @peaceandloafjes is considering a “plant-based #vegan tasting menu” .... That’s called “playing catch-up” #NotCuttingEdge - Given notice, any chef worth his salt should be able to come up with a #vegetarian tasting menu. Just look at @elrincondejc @BlkSwanOldstead 🙌
