@providence Facey Medical Group at Mission Hills is trying to treat more patients than their personnel can handle, a two plus hours wait to have Lab work is not acceptable. Appointments scheduled with up to six months wait is terrible.

@providence Spokane housekeeping is in dire need of help. Visiting the former "Doctors" Building, not sure of its new name, I was appalled at the lack of housekeeping and maintenance. Everything I saw was in need of painting and basic cleaning. Really sad to see

@providence I can’t dm this account I guess- but some feedback- how do you justify your parking system?? People who have to come in for regular medical treatment are charged every time just to see their doctor. AND you purposely slow down the exit so that people are charged extra. Scam.

@providence A real-life, boots-on-the-ground suggestion? When your main doors are closed for random holidays (in this case, MLK), at least put signs on the doors! It’s 31° outside and the doors are locked! At least I wasn’t the man in the wheelchair I saw after me. Just the girl with asthma.

Turn the patient every two hours. Wake them up. Prod them. It’s no wonder patients don’t get sleep. Even if you are sound asleep they wake you up because “science.” I understand wanting to prevent bed sores, but letting them get sleep is important. @providence

👀 @providence is the worst. You’re just a number. Don’t go to any of these hospitals if you want to be listened to or fixed not just treated. Hands down the worst hospital group I’ve ever med encountered. Took years off my life and are not getting away with it. Left a bunch of foreign objects inside of me during a surgery and all 12 different doctors I seen refused to do anything and left me this way causing me to leave the state just to have it removed. They ignore every communication even to top people such as Mike, at the Mr Day office. Catholic? About what? A persona? There’s nothing godly about the way they treat you.
