@verissimodiogo @OxfordCity We won't ever be able to stop flooding in Oxford but we can certain mitigate its effects better - flood alleviation scheme should help as well as householder preparedness

The site baseline can go back to Jan 2020. So we need keen eyed planners to check or people to object to plans that look like habitat condition has been intentionally decreased. @googleearth will help!

Also by the time a BNG survey is undertaken the landowners and developers have ⬇️ the condition of any land so the baseline BNG is low
