@ClareCraigPath NHS nearly overwhelmed (apparently) but at the same time non Covid patients werent going into hospital "due to the messaging" ... so who exactly was the NHS being overwhelmed by? Covid cases were grouped together in certain hospitals, leaving others doing very little

These issues come with a mortality rate. Can we talk about how much death was caused by policy?

UK COVID-19 inquiry Module 3 Report 🎥video creator @biologyphenom Even a ‘whitewash’ inquiry can’t hide the many truths of the deadly lockdown. ‘‘Some patients did not get the level of care they would usually receive.’’ ‘‘Some people were not admitted to hospital when they should have been. Those taken to hospital in an ambulance often waited hours to be admitted.’’🆘 ‘‘Healthcare staff had to be redeployed..leaving other aspects of care at risk. Staff to patient ratios were diluted.’’ ‘‘Some people were not admitted to intensive care units despite their serious condition.’’ ‘‘Throughout the pandemic there were reports of inappropriate and or BLANKET DNACPR notices being imposed on groups of people. Such as people with learning disabilities or older people. This should NOT have happened.’’❌ -Chair Heather Hallett

@ABridgen Would that be the worldwide financial crash that'll be used to help usher in digital currencies? Could be.

Iran war creates inflation and increased pressure on household costs. Banking insiders informed me recently that October this year is the likely date for the world wide economic crash we have been expecting for a while dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1…

@breadandposes The problem is when people claim batteries can provide meaningful back up, yes for a short time (a very short time) but then, nothing. Not unless they're constantly beign recharged, and if they are "something else" is being used to recharge them, implying ..... well, you know

@HoodedClaw1974 This isn't a religious event (prayer could be done anywhere, not en masse and not in a public place) it's a clear attempt to show they can do whatever they like where they like, and the locals are too weak to stop it. Part of a takeover

As a row between Lord Hermer and Kemi Badenoch breaks out today are you in agreement with conservative MP Nick Timothy. Do you find this outdoor muslim prayer in Trafalgar Square intimidating, and should any such events be banned??

@offgriddesigner We still haven't been told exactly who paid for the "dancing" videos, (I use the word "dancing" loosely) some with associated drone footage, all with similar dance moves. It wasn't a few nurses buggering about during a coffee break, someone organised and paid for it .... but who?

@NigelJohns60209 @HowardCCox @Daily_Express True, although there must be a tipping point ... where if pump prices are too high people who can drive less will drive less, leading to reduced fuel sales and therefore lower government income from duty and VAT

@HowardCCox @Daily_Express It seems clear the "plan" is to reduce the number of, in particular, ICE vehicles on our roads. However, IF that happens treasury income from fuel duty and VAT will reduce and the government will have to recoup the lost revenue somehow. From the remaining drivers perhaps?

@DanielJHannan Maybe the people asked weren't being comically unrealistic, but meant the government could do all those things IF they stopped wasting billions on issues that the government might consider worthy, foreign aid to countries that dont need or deserve it perhaps, but voters might not

This is the root of our problem. Voters have an almost comically unrealistic sense of what the government can afford. With taxes already at a 75-year high, we still need to borrow £150 billion a year, and to spend two thirds of that servicing interest on older borrowing.

@prwright55 @BjornLomborg One thing I CAN imagine is how to make a solar panel face the sun... I didn't put my wind turbines underwater or underground, either. That's all probably because the only time I stop thinking is when I'm unconscious...

The cheap green lie You are told that solar and wind are cheap But you need near-100% backup when no sun or wind, paying for two systems Data for 2024 shows that cramming in more solar and wind makes electricity overall more and more costly iea.org/data-and-stati… Threads&refs: x.com/BjornLomborg/s…

@BenMaughan4 @latimeralder Yes, battery back ups in your garage serving only your own house (if it has solar panels) make some sense, although are expensive. But trying to scale the concept up to battery farms serving whole towns or cities is where the problems show themselves

@latimeralder Agree grid scale batteries are lunacy. But anyone with solar pv is missing out hugely without a battery. We had one installed recently and I'm very impressed with how little we're drawing from the grid and it's only March.

Batteries: The world's largest battery maker (Sungrow) can make 75GWh of batteries per year. But the world uses 60 GWh of electricity per minute! Sungrow's annual output would keep the lights on for just 75 seconds. ==> Batteries are NOT the answer to our energy problems.

@colinwalker79 Yes, "on average", and sometimes it must've been more than 42%, however, sometimes less, even zero. And therein lies the fundamental problem and why stats like "x provided y % of yearly demand" are disingenuous and unhelpful in developing a sensible energy policy

People who ‘follow the data’ would probably use a sample period that’s a little longer than 12 hours How about, say, the last 12 months? In which time renewables have generated 42% of the UK’s electricity Gas, meanwhile, is at 28%

'We can rely on wind power' say the Green Grifters and Politicos 'Oh no we can't!' says Latimer 12 hours ago wind was making nearly 15% of Britain's electricity. Now its just 4%. Its gone on strike. And there's nothing we can do about it.

@covidinquiryuk If non Covid patients avoided hospitals and so weren't treated, how could the NHS be overwhelmed? Overwhelmed by who exactly? Hospitals weren't overwhelmed generally, some were busy, those where Covid patients were grouped together, others were quiet and/or closed to patients.

@Hal1030380 @BjornLomborg Not sure what you mean but that's the reality: houses face in different directions, some have gardens some dont, some are in countries with a lot of solar, some aren't. If youre in Texas perhaps you cant envisage someone without a fairly large footprint and lots of sun.
