We all heard about Luka Doncic hosting a mini camp in Slovenia. Here are all the details we’ve gathered so far. The camp is expected to last four days before training camp. The entire Lakers roster, including the two way players, has been invited. The itinerary is expected to include team workouts, practices, golf, sightseeing around Ljubljana, and team bonding activities. This comes after the Lakers held a veteran led mini camp in Las Vegas during Summer League. Now Luka is bringing everyone together overseas to continue building chemistry before the season begins. Luka gets a lot of unsolicited hate, but I haven’t heard of any other star hosting a mini camp for his teammates this offseason. Just saying. 🤷♂️ #lakeshow (via @DanWoikeSports & @mcten)

@3lijahloiseau @jwillmuse2 Saying luka has never faced these types of coverages is either disengenious or ignorant. Luka has consistely been one of the most double teamed players in the league for years.

@psamalol @jwillmuse2 He does not, most of his playmaking is P&R based, Shai is just with him having the ball. Shai gets blitzed and double off the ball and just bringing it up the court, and then has stupid gap coverage due to OKC poor spacing. Luka simply has never faced those coverages.

@3lijahloiseau @jwillmuse2 I would genuinely be interested in the evidence/stats to back up the first claim. As far as the 2nd this is true for both. However luka has a wider range of playmaking abilities to consistently impact more often.

@psamalol @jwillmuse2 He does not have higher on ball gravity as SGA is facing more doubles and more ridiculous gap help while teams will let Luka go 1 on 1. Again his playmaking can easily be nullified and he can get turned into a scorer

@psamalol @hQy_QQ @jwillmuse2 My initial sentence was going to be that your original post wasn't that far off from my opinion but I didn't have enough characters. My point of contention was to another poster saying that Shai doesn't have offense outside of foul drawing, which is absurd.

@3lijahloiseau @jwillmuse2 He’s still a better play maker, is much better at setting up bigs, has higher on ball gravity and has always made his team mates better.
Luka has some bad periods of shooting the 3, however he is still consistently one of the best in the league. He shot 40% of 3 on 12+a in 2026

@psamalol @jwillmuse2 Actually SGA is more efficient on postives, gapping lowkey, and luka has horrid frequency on post ups. Also luka is a streaky outside shooter and doesnt touch shai in the midrange. He doesnt touch as a playmaking talent. He is a better passer, not a playmaker those two diff thing

playmaking talent is clear for luka. I always seen the two as luka is more of a showman and sga is a perfect winning basketball player.

@psamalol @jwillmuse2 No. SGA has a higher peak offensively and overall while being mroe consistent. He also isnt more versatile, luka is heavily reliant on step back jumpers now and rip throughs. SGA has become more versatile. SGA has already proved he gaps in offense impact

I blocked fergycookedd bc of the many times he used nasty foul language against me and other luka fc members. I even asked him nicely to stop using such language, he keeps doing it.
No other Bron FC member has a nasty mouth like that, it’s nasty and I don’t want someone like that around me, you guys might do but I don’t.

@ruka_mikami It enrages me how little people care about his development as a player. It's not just Twitter fans, commentators, "analysts". People just like their agenda. Luka could look like Bron, and people would still call him fat.
