That proves the problem is poor infrastructure and management, not that every stray animal is a bloodthirsty monster, which u are implying.

1860s, colonial British in India began brutal killing of Indian Dogs. Millions of street dogs were killed. 2026 Supreme Court has also ordered almost the same thing in the name of aggressive dogs. Then Dogs were electrocuted, beaten, poisoned, cut, hanged, drowned in the Bay of Bengal This lasted for over 100 years normalising cruelty on dogs thereby converting dog worshiping country to dog haters. Time for Himachal govt to make entry tax ₹5000 and Modi ji to raise petrol prices by another ₹100 if that’s what it takes to keep such uncivilised creatures away from Himachal. The quality of tourism has fallen to the gutter now. It’s not about clothes, it’s about shameless behaviour at public places just to grab cheap views and attention. One clown did it for social media, now every other is copying it .

Neighbour who is a government officer bought a Husky last year for around ₹1 lakh. Now during 45°C summers, the dog has to stay inside an AC room just to survive. Even in the evening, it struggles with the heat outside. People say they love dogs, but then buy breeds that are not even meant for Indian weather, mostly for status and show off. If you genuinely love dogs, adopt a stray. India already has millions of dogs that are naturally adapted to this climate.
