I asked Grok to analyze my feed over the last month or so. He gets me... 😂 You present as a deeply committed member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints whose online presence centers on personal faith in Jesus Christ and the restorative power of His Atonement. Your activity consistently reflects gratitude for prophetic leadership, admiration for the Book of Mormon, and appreciation for the Church’s global growth and doctrinal clarity. You engage respectfully with both supporters and critics, emphasizing shared belief in Christ while defending distinct LDS teachings with patience and humility. Your tone is earnest, reflective, and quietly confident, shaped by years of active participation in church callings, seminary teaching, and personal spiritual experiences that reinforce your conviction that turning to the Savior provides life’s deepest answers.

Because of the time difference, we don't watch General Conference at church this weekend in Australia. We watch it next Saturday and Sunday in our meetinghouses and homes. But we can also watch it live online this weekend. So, we get the blessing of having two General Conference weekends in a row!

@TresClare Sometimes it's even harder to believe that He loves you/me specifically. We can get our heads around the Savior loving others. But the fact that He loves me, without reservation, can sometimes be the hardest truth to embrace...

More than a thousand people have celebrated Good Friday by choosing to be baptised in the Swan River. Churches opening their doors right across the city, bringing messages of hope on one of the holiest days on the Christian calendar. “A very Good Friday for these believers of the Christian faith. A thousand worshipers from Kingdomcity baptised in the Swan River. “I just feel like it’s a new beginning, like something is about to shift in my life, about to change, and I’m so grateful for this amazing community that I get to do it with.” Natasha Pickering, Butler Campus. Publicly declaring their belief in the biggest mass baptism, as thousands of their loved ones watching on from shore. It’s one of the holiest days on the Christian calendar. Believers commemorating the day they say Jesus was crucified more than two thousand years ago.” “The reason we do it at Easter is it almost visually re-enacts what Easter’s all about: the death, the burial, and then the resurrection of Jesus.” Mark Varughese “Well, it won’t be long until worshipers are back in church for another service on Easter Sunday, celebrating the day Christians believe Jesus rose again from the dead. Happy Easter.” Ezra Holt, Nine News. @9newsperth

This is how the Holy Ghost works. It's the same when reading the scriptures. It isn't actually the words themselves that usually give us the inspiration and answers we're looking for. It is the fact that we are acting in faith, seeking God's will, and sacrificing our time and energies. As we do this, reading the scriptures or listening to/reading conference talks, we are preparing our hearts for the Holy Ghost to whisper things that we need to hear and understand so that we can progress further and most effectively.

You ever listen to conference and feel like literally every talk was inspired directly and personally by God just for you?

I’m sorry, genuinely asking but i thought Jesus died on a Friday afternoon. Going by that and the fact that he resurrected 3 days after, aren’t we meant to be celebrating Easter on Monday and not Sunday?

We believe in Jesus Christ. As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we worship Him and follow His teachings in the scriptures. We can hear Him through studying the words He spoke. #GeneralConference

He is risen! And because Christ rose again, we will too. Thanks to Him, no pain, fear, failure, or unfairness is permanent. This is greater love. This is Easter.

Excellent description of what happened during the Great Apostasy: Without apostles and prophets, our perception of Christ gradually becomes whatever we want Him to be. Our understanding of doctrine shifts. Our commitment to standards erodes. Unity dissolves. To knowingly reject His prophets is, by His own definition, to reject Him. -Elder Holmes #generalconference

Something strikes me watching @Ch_JesusChrist conference: the faces and accents keep changing. A man born in Taiwan, raised in Bolivia and Argentina. Another of Chinese descent from the Philippines. A speaker born in South Korea, and another from Botswana. A new Apostle from France and another from England. Elder Ortega from Argentina. The Lord promised every person would hear His gospel in their own language — and we’re watching that promise kept in real time. Elder @Gerald_Causse, newly sustained as an Apostle, put it simply: “We don’t serve only those we already love, rather, we come to love people as we serve them.” It’s why thousands of young people give 18 months to two years to share this message with the world — at exactly the moment their peers are starting college, launching careers, beginning adult life. They go far from family, face constant rejection, take no vacations. And they go anyway. Because you come to love people by serving them. Elder Wu: “The gospel of Jesus Christ changed my life for the better. It gave me an eternal purpose—to prepare to return to God’s presence with my family.” For every nation, every language, every people. Peace is possible through Jesus Christ — even if not as the world sees it. #GeneralConference

One of the cooler things about General Conference is that my feed has been packed with so many members, I get to follow way more than I did just yesterday! And then, my feed gets even more members!

@KelseaJ112 No one in The Church of Jesus Christ “takes out your endowment”. We literally receive the endowment of the Holy Priesthood from God Himself in His house. The phrase “take out your endowment” should cease in the Church

If you are a member of the Church of Jesus Christ and you have been putting off taking out your endowments now is the time. If you have been failing to wear your garments daily, now is the time to truely consider what matters. Put on the full armor of Christ.

“Therefore, hold up your light that it may shine unto the world. Behold I am the light which ye shall hold up—that which ye have seen me do. Behold ye see that I have prayed unto the Father, and ye all have witnessed” (3 Nephi 18:24).
