learn to ignore and overlook many things if you truly want happiness in life because the easiest way to a miserable life is to think that everybody is talking about you

you have to be patient with ppl who have experienced bad relationships/friends, & ppl who suffer from a bad childhood. it can be hard for them to open up, love, & trust. help them heal. teach them that their past doesn’t define them. love & show them how to find peace & happiness

some feelings you find yourself experiencing should just be left unexplained and unspoken of... how they make you feel inside should be left to your heart and soul to explicate.

Today is Monday but if you mentalize it positively may seem like a Friday, sometimes it is better to inject a little fantasy to kill reality, everything is in you.

Bad things that happen during our days are easy to spot. It's the good things we need to look for and cherish them no matter how small they are
