Also implemented some simplistic "real-time GI" that works in both lighting and the froxel fog. It's similar to Crytek's LPV in spirit (as it propagates SH in a volume), but does it via downsampling (like you do for bloom)...

@GravitonPunch Looks great - my feedback is the unlock button is very far from the icon in the tree. Your eyes have to travel a long way. Would be nice if it was under the icon instead or in addition. Maybe if you held down on the icon to unlock or similar.. as opposed to an outright button :)
