@Macys REPORT ISSUE: I use the live chat box feature to communicate w/ Macys while using the Macys website. Unfortunately, the chat box keeps assuming anything documented in this user interface is strictly related to fraud regardless. Even if one selects the "something else" option.

@Macys @KingsPlazaMall I asked the young lady pictured here about the closing time of the Macy’s Store in Kings Plaza. She said she does not know because she does not work at Macy’s, but at @Starbucks P.S. she has a Macy’s name tag in the Macy’s store.
