This International Women's Day, My Green Pod Magazine featured our Founder and Managing Partner, Tenzin Seldon. The piece traces her journey from growing up in a climate-vulnerable region of India to Stanford, Oxford, the UN, and ultimately founding Pulse.

His commitment to climate solutions began during a teaching fellowship in Ecuador, where he saw farmers waking at 3 a.m. to irrigate crops amid worsening water scarcity. That experience has guided his career ever since.

Before HBS, Atticus worked at @BCG on projects ranging from climate scenario modeling to managing the spinout of a carbon management startup.
