So this is luna’s mum. I am a new pup owner and was wondering is it worth doing an insurance for her or put $ aside for Luna’s fund ? Let me know what the suggestions are would be helpful #puppies #puppiesofX #first_pup_owners

@Ren310_ Hi! Great question! If you have added on our optional non-insurance wellness add-on Preventive Essentials you can file for reimbursement of select wellness services if provided no more then 14 days before purchase of the plan.

@pumpkincares I just signed up for a monthly plan! Can I submit reimbursement for vaccines, etc. - Vet appt was just in the last week where they gave me your pamphlet!

@Richard__Lewis Our claims team is working hard to complete insurance claims as quickly as possible. It is our goal to review your claim within 5 business days of receipt. Claims for pets new to Pumpkin or for new issues, the processing time can be up to 2-4 weeks as we review new info

Like you hear about this shit for humans, but companies will really act like this about ANIMALS too?? Wild. Truly threw me for a loop. On that note, shop with @pumpkincares since they actually care about your pets, old or young, and will at least let you get a quote. 🧡

Trying to find options for pet insurance to help with some vet bills and heard great things about @Lemonade_Inc but have now learned first hand y’all won’t insure older pets. Halfway in the grave, why insure them, right?? Thanks guys!! 🙌🏻🤡

were truly free like advertised why would the company be asking "which plan"? If I walk into 1 of the Pumpkin locations would the store workers ask for all my information B4 talking about the companies plans? Other online pet insurances do the same with getting ur info first.

@pumpkincares I have to follow up each claim with this Pumpkin insurance company. Because: 1. they don’t process claim unless I call/write them. 2. When they process they “accidentally “process higher deductible plan that I am not enrolled this year.

@pumpkincares This company is just trying to rip me off. I have filed a claim for over 44 days and the company tell me that they will pay me within two day and they never pay anything.Costumer service is terrible and they all lie on your face. Buy insurance somewhere else. Shame!
