@Akshat_World Just putting such kind of data on Blockchain is the most basic and easiest Blockchain integration. I am sure they are coming up with tokenization or RE or land ownership soon. Many states in India already did a pilot in these way back in 2018. If only they had proper support.

Stand by every single word. Dubai government has put its entire Real Estate transaction data on a blockchain. You can literally go on websites like BAYUT. And, see: which apartment was sold when for what precise price. India government has the data too. But, they will never make it transparent. Corruption benefits the lords. People can keep bashing me. Offer logic. Real Estate investments are an amazing investment (even in India), only if it is done right. REITS/INVITs are just corrupt derivative products.

@InvestRepeat @Akshat_World Essentially, a Private Blockchain is perfect for Dubai. The leader(s) can keep everything in their control, and they have been doing a great job so far. The most important point is that no matter how many people join the department, no corruption is possible.

@InvestRepeat @Akshat_World Depends on how you look at it. Even if its a private Blockchain, recording transactions means denying the chance for changing a record to all the government official. Dubai is not democratic, it doesnt need a public Blockchain so all residents can talk what to do and what not.

Hey fam, just noticed something odd with my @binance signup. I tried using my Google account and verified my number, but the OTPs I received were from unfamiliar accounts first time - AX- NIRMAU (screenshot attached) and then when I recreated from AX- STISAI (screenshot attached). I know things have been a bit shaky in the crypto world lately with @WazirXIndia incident, so potential security breaches should be double checked, so I wanted to flag this with the Binance team. Tagging relevant authorities in this tweet. @DoT_India @TRAI @MIB_India
