It was my first time creating a generative project.A lot of people got upset because they received direct messages from the project’s curator promoting the collection. I completely understand that it felt distasteful or invasive to them. In my case, I receive messages from artists asking me to buy their work and it doesn’t bother me, but I know everyone is different.When the collection launched, nothing extra was promised. You were simply buying your Mythfit, knowing it wasn’t a traditional PFP collection with Discord, airdrops, or events. That was clearly stated on the minting page. Regarding the letter from the Tezos art community criticizing the platform for prioritizing a PFP collection over “art,” I think it’s a very subjective topic. I’ve been an artist since I was born. There will always be people who like what I do and people who don’t. I’ve wanted to make this statement for a long time.I understand those who felt it was poorly handled or who weren’t satisfied. I’ve been in this space for five years, through good times and bad, because my creative drive is stronger than the state of the market. To close, I want to thank everyone who supported it. If anyone felt bad or uncomfortable, I’m sorry. When you work as a team, not all decisions depend on just one person. I’m very grateful to the @objktcom team they’re really hardworking, they always respond when you have questions, and they’re open to constructive criticism and listening to the community.
