@ubereats_uk can you please tell me how to raise a complaint. I’ve been trying since 7:30 and every time I enter the details of my complaint in the help section of the app all I get back is ‘I understand how frustrating this is, thank you for your feedback’ definitely not helpful

@Ocado 4 weeks of cakes and in the same state every week (sadly not just 4 weeks either my camera roll is full of squashed cakes)

@Ocado There’s no point - they arrive like it every week. (See same tweet last week). I’ve spoken to customer services, tweeted, and complained to head office unsquashed cakes seems an impossible ask 🫤

@Ocado There’s really no point. I complain and request a refund nearly every week and the next week the cakes are still squashed. At least it’s a consistent level of service 🫤

@HSHQ so gutted for my daughter she bought front pitch tickets for tonight from @Twickets and they were a scam so her and her friend have no tickets - feel so sorry for them #HSLOT2023 #SCAM

@jennyeclair Get well soon you are doing the right thing - I think we are doing viruses in reverse order! I had covid 4 weeks ago which delayed me starting a new job and now have horrible chest / cough thing. Hopefully your symptoms will be mild

Hence I won’t be on Sunday brunch tomorrow- whatever the rules are - I’m not going to be responsible for potentially making other people sick - see you on the other side
